Open Enrollment: The First Step Towards Developing Organizational Fitness

ADP TotalSource® cares about your organization’s well-being and the happiness of your employees. Creating a strong benefits strategy is a powerful exercise that can be enhanced by your participation in the Organizational Fitness Survey.

The survey will help establish universal benchmarks and individual organization insights, enabling your ADP Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to customize the Open Enrollment process so you can:

  1. Determine the best course of action to keep your business and benefits costs on track without sacrificing on the quality of your plan.
  2. Improve the health of your employee retention and recruitment efforts by offering a benefits platform that is the best fit for your employees.

This will also be your opportunity to learn more about and opt-in to the Employee Benefits Survey. The Organizational Fitness Survey will only be available for a limited time, so please keep an eye on your inbox in the upcoming weeks for your invitation to take advantage of this important first step in the Plan Year 2017-2018 Open Enrollment process.
