Coming Soon: CEO-to-CEO Video Series

12/3/15

Author: Anonym/Thursday, December 3, 2015/Categories: Bulletin News

Wondering what 2016 holds for your business? Next week, you’ll be invited to join ADP TotalSource’s president, Maria Black, as she shares her views on the top three trends affecting employers in 2016.

In this first video, Maria will be joined by Brian Michaud, ADP TotalSource Senior Vice President of Service, and Kevin Simons, ADP TotalSource Senior Vice President of Operations. They will discuss the macro trends that every small and mid-sized business owner needs to be planning for today, including:

  1. Workforce shifts: By 2020, Millennials will surpass Generation X to become the largest share of the American workforce. This new generation is changing how employers attract and reward critical employees.

  1. Total wellbeing: Wellness programs are out, as a more holistic view of health is in and expectations from employees are up. Is your business prepared to shift your view of employee health?

  1. Health ecosystem changes: ACA regulations are just the start; the law is causing multiple and sometimes conflicting shifts in the health insurance arena, which can have bottom line impacts.

Maria, Brian, and Kevin will explain what the shifts mean for your business and what you need to do in response, as well as how ADP TotalSource® can help.

Later in the series, ADP TotalSource executives will discuss protecting your margins through compliance health as well as driving business growth through human capital strategies. We’ve done the research on these topics and believe they have the potential to shape the operations of businesses across the country in the next several years—so we’re sharing this insight with you. You’ll receive our email with more information during the week of December 7th.
