ACA Client Acknowledgment: Take Action NOW and Avoid the Penalties

Did you know that if you are an Applicable Large Employer (ALE), your business could be in jeopardy of facing significant financial penalties if you have not approved your 1094-C and 1095-C Forms through My TotalSource?  By not approving the required 1094-C and 1095-C Forms by the 1/8/16 deadline, you are leaving your business open to possible financial as your 1095-C Forms may not be distributed to your full-time employees prior to the IRS deadline.

As your compliance partner, ADP TotalSource has offered you opportunities to take action so that we may file and distribute the required forms on your behalf. We encourage you to take action NOW to avoid potential penalties.  Penalties associated with failing to provide a 1095-C Form or providing one after the February 1, 2016 IRS deadline can be as high as $250 per form.

Specific Action Needed on Your Part:

1.) Log-in as an Administrator on My TotalSource

2.) Click on “Annual Healthcare Reports” on the homepage OR on Benefit tab, HealthCare Reform link

3.) Review data on both screens and tabs

4.) Authorize ADP TotalSource to submit reports on your behalf
