State Poster- The Kentucky Safety and Health Protection

1/21/16

Author: Anonym/Wednesday, January 20, 2016/Categories: Kentucky

Effective 1/1/2016, the Kentucky Safety and Health Protection was revised to include new employer reporting requirements for all work-related hospitalizations, amputations and losses of an eye. Employers are now required to provide information and training on hazards in workplace, which also include hazard substances. Also added is a "Records" which includes information on employees requesting copies of medical records.

This is a material substantive change and a new Kentucky, All–In-One poster is required. Please note that this update does not impact the Federal All-In-One poster.
