Florida state poster has been edited due to a change in Discrimination Effective July 1, 2015. It is unlawful for an employer to discharge or to fail or refuse to hire any individual or otherwise to discriminate with respect to compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment due to the individual's pregnancy. It is likewise unlawful for an employer to limit, segregate, or classify employees or applicants in any manner which would deprive or tend to deprive an individual of employment opportunities, or adversely affect status as an employee due to the individual's pregnancy.
This is a material substantive change and a new Florida All–In-One poster is required. Please note that this update does not impact the Federal All-In-One poster.
