The last Delaware combined poster update was November 2014. The poster was previously updated in June 2014 with the 2015 minimum wage increase. In November 2014 there was an update to Delaware poster in thePregnancy/Disability section. Therefore if you have not ordered a Delaware poster since November 1, 2014, please order a replacement. Please note that this change will not impact the Federal Combined Poster only or the Federal Contractor poster.
To order a Delaware Poster:
- Select the HR tab on My TotalSource.
- Click Poster Ordering under HR Quick Links
- You will be directed to the ADP Poster Compliance Center home page.
