Overview: The Nebraska Unemployment poster has been updated with information regarding a claimant's requirements to expand the scope of their job search if they have been receiving benefits for over six weeks. The poster also explains when the Commissioner may waive the requirements that an applicant searches for work. Information regarding financial assistance for full-time students also has been added to the poster.
This is a material substantive change and a new, Nebraska All–In-One poster is required.
Please note that this change will not impact the Federal Combined Poster.
