Federal OSHA Requirement Change

Effective January 1, 2015, the federal OSHA requirement (29 CFR 1904.39a) for reporting workplace fatalities and injuries has changed. Please see the Employer Responsibilities for Reporting Fatalities, Hospitalization, Amputation, and Loss of Eye Incidents to OSHA for more details.
