Our sick leave toolkit, which includes Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and model sick leave policies for jurisdictions with sick leave laws, has been updated.
The updates reflect new sample policies and FAQs for the following jurisdictions:
• Arizona
• Spokane, WA
• Santa Monica, CA
In addition, changes have been made to the Vermont FAQs (question number 1, 3, 6, 8, 11, 13, 14, 17, 18 and 21) and a Vermont sample policy is also available.
Finally, a minor change has been made to the model San Francisco policy to add bone marrow or organ donation as a reason for use of sick days.
The updated toolkit is available on FormSource in the Leave and Return to Work section.
