Rhode Island

Rhode Island state poster has been edited due to a change in Discrimination. Rhode Island has enacted legislation requiring employers to provide reasonable accommodations in the workplace for pregnant women and new moms.

This is a material substantive change and a new Rhode Island All–In-One poster is required. Please note that this update does not impact the Federal All-In-One poster.
