Personalized Enrollment Videos are our way of guiding employees through the major steps of enrollment so that they can make the most informed benefits enrollment decisions for themselves and their families. If your employee is considered “paperless”, these videos replace the paper benefits kits. That means no more paper clutter and looking for kits in the mail.
These videos explain an employee’s benefits options for the upcoming Benefits Plan Year (starting on June 1) and provide guidance on how to enroll online. They also inform your employees of the when their enrollment window will open and close and reminds them of important enrollment deadlines.

So, how can you help us help your employees?
Once you submit your company’s benefits elections, your eligible employees will begin receiving their Personalized Enrollment Videos. In the meantime:
- Don’t let your employees get stuck with paper kits. Encourage your employees to go paperless by simply adding a work email address in My TotalSource®.
- Make sure your employees have the right email address listed in My TotalSource. Encourage employees to review their Personal Profile for accuracy and update it as needed.
- The videos will be sent from TotalSource.GoGreen@adp.com. Share this with your employees so they know who the videos will be sent from and also ensure the emails don’t end up in their Spam folder.
