WageWorks, Inc., which handles Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, and Online ADP TotalSource®, will be making important changes to their website and mobile app.
IF you have employees enrolled in any of these programs, ADP TotalSource will be informing them via email of these changes.
What’s Changing
A new website. As of Monday, October 9, you can now access your spending accounts here.
A new mobile app. A new WageWorks CHSA mobile app will be available Monday, October 9 on Google Play (Android) and iTunes (iOS). If you use the existing ADP mobile app to access your spending account information, you’ll need to download the new app by searching for “Spending Accounts (CHSA).”
What’s Not Changing
All of the following will remain the same:
- The WageWorks Participant Solution Center toll-free phone and fax numbers and hours of operation
- All options on the web site, including “Contact Us” web support and CHSA claims and appeals processes
- Full CHSA access through ADP systems (e.g., Vantage, Portal, Health & Welfare, etc.)
- The online ordering process for Online Commuter Benefits
Voiding Uncashed Checks
Any uncashed reimbursement checks from CHSA were voided on October 1 and will be reissued through WageWorks on or around October 5, 2017.
Systems Offline This Weekend
To make these changes, all WageWorks systems, including web sites and customer support, will be unavailable from 9 pm ET on Friday, October 6 to 5 am ET on Monday, October 9.
Important Claim Submittal Dates
- All claims should be submitted before this downtime and claims submissions resume on Monday, October 9.
- Any CHSA web updates, including updating your profile or direct deposit information, should be performed before 3 pm ET this Friday, October 6.
- These changes will have no impact on your CHSA debit card. You should continue to use it as usual.
- If you have Online Commuter Benefits, submit Commuter Parking claims by 12 pm ET on Friday, October 6 or wait to submit them on Monday.
- If you have a Health Savings Account, your funds will be limited during the weekend to your available account balance as of 9 pm ET on Friday, October 6.
- Any contributions to your spending accounts after 6 am ET this Thursday, October 5 will be available next Tuesday, October 10.
