Starting on or after October 8, 2018 you may begin to see a reminder in MyTotalSource if you are required to take action for Equal Employment Opportunity and/or Affordable Care Act compliance reporting for the 2018 calendar year.
These alerts will prompt you to take action in order to avoid potential IRS penalties.
ADP TotalSource makes this process simple for you by compiling all of your data in our Affordable Care Act Reporting Tool (ART).* All you need to do is review the data for accuracy and then authorize ADP TotalSource through the tool on MyTotalSource so that we can file your Form 1094-C with the IRS on your behalf.
For EEO-1 reporting, we have a few simple question for you to answer, and you will be prompted to enter any missing and required information starting January 1st.
