Did you take advantage of the new Worksite Employee Benefits Satisfaction Survey? The deadline for employee responses is tomorrow!
This employee survey is an optional part of the 2016-2017 strategic partnership plan. We believe the survey will help you make benefit decisions that best fit your specific employees’ values and preferences. In addition, for some questions, we’ll be able to compare your employees’ responses to those of employees at Fortune 500® companies, allowing you to pinpoint what’s unique about your population. It’s a new level of insight, with little effort and no cost on your part.
If you opted in to learn more about the survey and have yet to share the survey it with your employees, please refer to our recent email sent on Tuesday, February 2. The email includes instructions and a ready-to-use worksite employee email with your company survey link. The survey deadline is tomorrow!
