West Virginia State Poster Updates

The West Virginia state poster has been updated to include the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA). It provides guidelines for interpreting the PWFA’s prohibition against discrimination on the basis of sex by means of pregnancy discrimination, which is expected to assist in understanding the legal obligations and duties under the law.  The PWFA applies equally to both men and women.
