The New and Improved Job Description Service / Resources is Now Available

In the last Insights and Solutions newsletter, we informed you of upcoming changes to our Job Description Service.  The process improvements are complete and the following changes have been made:

• Questionnaires, which you were previously required to complete before a job description was prepared, are no longer required. If a sample job description that meets your needs is not available, simply send the title of the job and a short summary of what the job entails toTotalsource.SSC@adp.com and we will prepare a sample job description for you.
• The Job Description titles on FormSource have been updated and formatting has now changed to an editable format.
• A new master job description template is now available to you as a useful starting point. This will allow you to customize a job description that meets your needs on your time and schedule. We can still of course review a completed job description upon request.
• A Job Descriptions Toolkit is now available. The Toolkit provides best practices including the essential components of job descriptions, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) considerations and more.
