Paid Sick Leave has been added to the California All-In-One Poster

Paid Sick Leave has been added to the California All-In-One Poster.

Effective July 1, 2015, under the Healthy Workplaces, Healthy Families Act of 2014, all California employers must provide their California employees with at least 3 days (24 hours) of paid sick leave per year. Publication requirement is to be posted effective January 1, 2015.      

This is a material substantive change and a new, North Carolina, Vermont and California All–In-One poster is required. Please note that this change will not impact the Federal Combined Poster.
