Each year, several states require us to notify certain WSEs that they may be eligible for the Federal Earnings Income Tax Credit (EITC) based on their annual earnings.

This year, your employees will receive EITC notifications if they live in:

California
Illinois
Louisiana
Maryland
New Jersey
Texas
Virginia
Philadelphia, PA (city)
Oregon (NEW in 2018)

Later this week, your employees in these states will be sent notifications through postal mail. Click on the locations above to preview the respective mailings.
