Applicable Large Employers (ALEs), employers with an average of at least 50 full-time employees (including full-time equivalents) in the prior calendar year (2019) need to file Forms 1094-C and 1095-C with the IRS.  If you are an ALE, we recommend you review your forms immediately and acknowledge that you would like ADP TotalSource to file the forms on your behalf.

ADP TotalSource makes this process simple for you by compiling all your data in our Affordable Care Act Reporting Tool (ART). Starting on the MyTotalSource Home page, just click ACA Report Tool (ART) in the top right-hand corner, follow the prompts, and review the data for accuracy. Then authorize ADP TotalSource through the tool on MyTotalSource so that we can file your Forms 1094-C and 1095-C with the IRS on your behalf.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, particular care should be taken when reviewing your 1095-C form data for any month(s) your business was impacted by the pandemic. Please pay careful attention to coding for employees who may have had a reduction in hours, been furloughed, or may have experienced a change in benefits
