Introducing MyLife Advisors

You may have noticed a change to how we refer to our employee service center. We’ve come to realize that a call center sounds largely impersonal for a place where employees want genuine answers to their questions. We removed the singular call center destination and we are now referring to our center and representatives as MyLife Advisors. You will see this reflected in our marketing materials and in your interactions with the service center. 

Your employees have access to a MyLife Advisor. They are real people, dedicated to enriching employees’ lives in and out of the office.  A MyLife Advisor is dedicated to helping your employees navigate anything that comes their way.  We know life can be complicated and our job is to make life a little easier.

A few common ways a MyLife Advisor can support you and your employees: 

• Navigating benefits systems- Help with security profile setup to protect your personal information, payroll registration, benefits, onboarding, and open enrollment.
• Understanding MyLife tools-Direct deposit option, timecard and time-off requests, tax procedures.
• Navigating the uncharted moments in life- Guidance on who to speak with when having a baby, assistance with adoption resources or elder care.
• Preparing for the future- Support with navigating retirement services, 401K, training courses, and understanding Medicare eligibility.
• Employee discounts-How to access your exclusive savings on what you need hotels, car rentals, restaurants, groceries and more.
