As we approach the Open Enrollment season, ADP TotalSource® wants to help you build a fitness plan for your organization by strengthening your benefits strategy and improving the lives of your employees.

Recently, we gave you the opportunity to participate in the Organizational Fitness Survey during which you may have elected to have your employees take part in the Employee Benefits Satisfaction Survey.  If you chose to participate in this survey, you should have received an email from your HR Business Partner on October 10, 2016, with instructions and a unique link for your company to access the survey.

The Employee Benefits Satisfaction Survey will only be available until 10/28.  We encourage you to please take advantage of this important step in the 2017 Open Enrollment process.  It will help you:

  • Gather valuable insights about your employees' satisfaction with their current benefits program.
  • Improve the health of your employee retention and recruitment efforts by crafting a benefits platform that is the best fit for your employees.

Employee Benefit Satisfaction Survey results will be available once the survey period ends on Oct 28th.

If you have not taken the Organizational Fitness Survey and/or have not elected to have your employees receive the Employee Benefits Satisfaction Survey, you will have another opportunity to participate in January 2017.

ADP TotalSource wants to help you strengthen your organization and the connection you have with your employees.  Together, we can develop a plan that enables your business to grow and your people to thrive.

If you have any questions, please contact your HR Business Partner.
