As part of our on-going efforts to improve your experience, packages previously flown from the Southeastern area may be printed at an ADP® facility closer to your delivery location(s). This move adds greater flexibility and responsiveness to our delivery solutions, lessens the overall impact on the environment, and reduces the risk of delayed deliveries. These changes will be implemented beginning in August through the end of September.
Please be assured that you will continue to receive packages from ADP in a secure and efficient manner even if our updated procedure may result in a change in your delivery provider from UPS to a locally sourced courier in your area. Your package confirmation emails will also be updated to direct you to My ADP TotalSource® where you can find tracking information.
