ADP TotalSource® is pleased to announce that improvements to our TotalChoice™ Voluntary Benefits program and enrollment experience are now available to all worksite employees who are in their new-hire eligibility period. This value-based program was created exclusively for ADP TotalSource® by Mercer Voluntary Benefits, a leader in employee benefits program design. Newly eligible worksite employees will receive a letter directly from Mercer Voluntary Benefits providing an overview of the voluntary products available to them and the process to enroll via MyTotalSource.com. Simply log in, click Myself > Benefits Resource Center > TotalChoice™ Voluntary Benefits for more information.
Worksite employees who are past their new-hire eligibility period and would like to apply for any of the voluntary benefits that are available year-round (i.e. home/auto insurance, pet insurance, identity protection, etc.) or change current coverage can contact Mercer directly at (800) 557-1038, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday for assistance. During the 2015-2016 Open Enrollment period, all eligible worksite employees will be able to access our new voluntary benefits enrollment site to learn about new products that will be available to them during their annual Open Enrollment.
