Let ADP TotalSource Help You Prepare for Open Enrollment

Participate in the Organizational Fitness and Employee Benefits Satisfaction Surveys


As 2017 Open Enrollment approaches, ADP TotalSource is here to partner with you to build a comprehensive benefits strategy that will give your business the agility to respond to changing competitive pressures and workforce expectations. 

The Organizational Fitness Survey is a brief series of ten questions about important considerations when making benefit program decisions. Your responses to this survey will help your HR Business Partner guide you through the Open Enrollment process. If you have not already taken this survey, you should have received an email from your HR Business Partner on January 9 inviting you to participate in this survey. This invitation contains a unique link for you to access the survey. This Organizational Fitness Survey will only be available until January 28.

During your participation in this survey, you will have the opportunity to learn more about and opt-in to the Employee Benefits Satisfaction Survey. This will help you gather valuable insights into your employees' satisfaction with their current benefits program. These insights will provide the foundation from which to build a comprehensive benefits strategy.

Below is a timeline of key steps you can expect during 2017 Open Enrollment:

February:

  • You will receive an employee poster announcing key dates and steps for Open Enrollment to display in a high-traffic area where employees are most likely to see it.
  • Encourage your employees to confirm their email addresses on MyTotalSource.com and sign up for paperless enrollment. It’s the easiest way to go through Open Enrollment.
  • Your employees can review benefits information by visiting MyLife@MyTotalSource.com.
  • Prepare to participate in a Benefits Consultation discussion with your HR Business Partner to help you build a benefits plan that meets the needs of your business and employees.

March - April:

  • Your employees will receive personalized benefits videos throughout the benefits enrollment window driving them to enroll in their benefits on My TotalSource®.

April - May:

  • Remind your worksite employees to confirm the benefits shown on their confirmation statements.

June:

  • Your employees’ 2017-2018 benefits Plan Year begins on June 1.
