The final deadline for OSHA’s Revised Hazard Communication Standard is June 1st.
By that time, employers must have:
- Updated workplace chemical labeling to comply with the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) requirements;
- Updated their written Hazard Communication program to comply with GHS elements; and
- Provided training for newly identified physical or health hazards.
