How to Access Your 2026–2027 Renewal COIs
1. Log In
Access ADP TotalSource and navigate to the integrated Marsh COI Portal.
2. Locate Documents
Go to the “Document History” or “Certificates” section to find your renewal COIs.
Availability timing:
i. New clients (start date after mid-April): Available after June 1
ii. Name or address changes: Available after June 15
3. Streamlined Distribution
Easily manage and share COIs directly from the platform:
a. Download, print, or email certificates as needed
b. Enter the certificate holder’s email address when prompted
Note: The system does not save email addresses for future use
c. For multiple documents: filter, select, and click “Download Selected” (files will download as a ZIP)
Submitting Renewal COIs to Vendors
You may encounter different requirements when working with third-party vendors or compliance platforms:
- Initiate & Request
Vendors may request updated certificates approximately 30 days prior to renewal
- Submit Request & Upload
Follow vendor-specific instructions, which may include:
- Use Document History
Proactively access the Document History section to email or download COIs when requested
Exception:
For the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB), renewal COIs will be automatically fulfilled for licenses ADP TotalSource has on file.
