The federal poster is being updated due to mandatory changes on two new laws, Minimum Wage/Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Polygraph Protection. Changes reflect the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015, including new general information about penalties for violations of the law, and removing out-of-date penalty amounts. Contact information has also been updated.
This is a material substantive change and a new Federal All–In-One poster is required. The poster will be edited and published by August 15th. All orders placed on the Poster Compliance Site from July 27, 2016 through August 15, 2016 will be held for shipment to ensure that you receive the most up to date labor law postings.
