Effective September 1, 2016, ADP TotalSource® is moving its Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to a new provider, LifeCare Work-Life EAP. LifeCare will provide you and your dependents free access to confidential services in areas such as parenting, senior care, legal and financial services, home services, wellness and whatever personal challenge you might face. LifeCare Specialists will be available to help 24/7, 365 days a year.
New exciting features available through LifeCare include:
- Free live webinars and discussion groups on a wide range of work-life and caregiving topics, available via exclusive portal
- 24/7 telephone and member personalized website accessibility
- Home Service and Everyday referrals such as consumer comparisons, home contractors, event planning, moving and more
All ADP TotalSource Worksite employees will be notified of the new program and expanded features on 9/1.
