2019 ACA Reporting Tool

Starting on or after 10/07/2019 you may begin to see a reminder in MyTotalSource if you are required to take action for EEO-1 and/or ACA compliance reporting for the 2019 calendar year.

These alerts will prompt you to take action in order to avoid potential IRS penalties.

ADP TotalSource makes this process simple for you by compiling all of your data in our Affordable Care Act Reporting Tool (ART).* All you need to do is review the data for accuracy and then authorize ADP TotalSource through the tool on MyTotalSource so that we can file your Forms 1094-C and 1095-C with the IRS on your behalf.

For EEO-1 reporting, we have a few simple question for you to answer, and you will be prompted to enter any missing and required information starting January 7th.

Suffolk County, New York has amended its Human Rights Law to prohibit employers from asking about an applicant's pay history. The amendment was effective June 30, 2019.

Minnesota's minimum wage will increase on Jan. 1, 2020 as a result of an annual adjustment for inflation.
