Efficiently renew your COIs with the Marsh COI Portal enhancement – we’d love to show you how.

If you haven’t heard, we’ve introduced a simpler way to access, update and manage your Workers’ Compensation Certificates of Insurance. With this new digital enhancement within the Marsh COI Portal, you can now review data for the current policy period, make changes to certificates and download individual or multiple certificates at a time.

We’re rolling out these new features ahead of the March 1- 17  review and renewal period and invite you to join us as we prepare your business for a successful update.

To better prepare you for the upcoming renewal period, here are a few things to note:

Key dates

·       Feb. 28 – Attend the “All you need to know…” webinar, here,.

·       March 1 – 17 - review period for current certificates

·       May 1 -  renewal certificates available on the Marsh Portal

 

Review Period: March 1 - 17

·       The review period is March 1 – 17

·       The review period allows you to preview your current certificates, update certificates for renewal, and indicate if certificates should or should not be renewed.

·       To make changes, log in to ADP and single sign-on to the Marsh COI Portal to review the certificate details included with your renewal certificate. Please note that all edits must be made in the Portal and Saved.

·       To see a current certificate, use the drop-down menu to the Document History option.

Certificates ready for distribution: May 1

·       Renewal documents will be available to download from the Marsh portal in PDF format on 5/1.
