Efficiently renew your COIs with the Marsh COI Portal enhancement – we’d love to show you how.

If you haven’t heard, we’ve introduced a simpler way to access, update and manage your Workers’ Compensation certificates of insurance (COI). With this new digital enhancement within the Marsh COI Portal, you can now review data for the current policy period, make changes to certificates and download individual or multiple certificates at a time.

To better prepare you for the upcoming renewal period, here are a few things to note:

Key dates:

·       March 1 – 21: Review period for current certificates this  period allows you to:

 

  • May 1: Renewal certificates available on the Marsh COI Portal

To make changes, log in to ADP® and utilize single sign-on to access the Marsh COI Portal to review the certificate details included with your renewal certificate. Please note that all edits must be made in the Marsh COI Portal and saved. To see a current certificate, use the drop-down menu to the Document History option.

Certificates ready for distribution, renewal documents will be available to download from the Marsh COI Portal in PDF format on May 1.
