We’re excited to announce the availability of a Workers’ Compensation claim reporting in ADP® TotalSource via the Workplace Injury Analysis Tool. Your organization’s Workplace Injury Analysis Tool is accessible by navigating to Resources > Risk > Safety Activation.
The Workplace Injury Analysis Tool for Workers’ Compensation claim reporting provides online visibility and insight into your organization’s workers’ compensation claims submitted to Helmsman Management Services (HMS), our third-party workers’ compensation claims administrator. This convenient tool will assist in analyzing loss drivers for your organization, providing insight into:
· The financial impact of claims.
· Claim statistics, by claim status and claim type.
· Claim details.
Some of the benefits include:
· Visibility into the details of each claim including the Helmsman Claim Manager including contact information and costs associated with the claim.
· Search and filtering capabilities within claim details
· Customization of view based upon time-period of claims.
o The default claim period is your ADP start date to today’s date.
· Ability to request generation of a PDF copy of the Loss Run report.
o Please allow 48 business hours for generation of the PDF copy of the report. Reports are emailed to the requestor when available.
