The Missouri state poster has had the following updates made to the “EMPLOYERS EMPLOYING WORKERS UNDER THE AGE OF 16" section:
The terms "School Year" have been amended to "School Term."
The second bullet under "Acceptable Work Hours for 14 and 15 year-olds" has been amended to "Between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. during non-school term."
The following phrase has been added to the bottom of the poster: "The Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations is an equal opportunity employer/program."
These changes took effect May 2016.
