2023 is here, and we want to make sure you have everything ready for Year End! Let us help you mark all the Year End tasks so you can kick off the new year without any hassles. In this email you will find easy access to Year End topics and resources. Having all the information in one place is always important. Please be on the lookout for future communications and let’s power forward together!

Review the following items:

  • Remind all employees that Forms W-2 will be available on Mobile App. Additionally, if they did not elect paperless on their profile, Forms W-2 will be mailed no later than January 31. If they did elect paperless on their profile, they will not receive a paper W-2.
  • Preview Forms W-2: This can be accessed in iReports and are updated throughout Year End. Check back periodically for up-to-date versions of the Preview Form W-2. Note: the deadline has now passed for inclusion on the 2022 W2. Corrections will now result in a W2C.
  • Locate Employer Forms W2 through iReports.
  • Advise exempt Employees to complete a new Form W-4 for 2023. This action must be done prior to February 15 or their exempt status will be removed for 2023. Impacted employees will receive targeted communications requesting a new Form W-4 and your admin will receive a list be email of impacted employees.
  • Review and confirm Minimum Wage requirements in effect Jan. 1, 2023
  • Deadline to Review and Approve IRS 1094/1095-C: If your company is required to comply with the Affordable Care Act (ACA), the deadline to Review and Approve your IRS 1094/1095C in the ACA IRS & State Reporting Tool in is this month. Take me to Approval Process for Forms 1094-C and 1095-C guide.
  • Special Note: Electronic W2s will be visible to employees on iPay on January 19.
