As you know, an employee handbook helps your business comply with federal, state and local laws and is part of ADP’s broader commitment to help you achieve your compliance goals. We are excited to announce you can now build your Handbook via a new, easy-to-navigate Handbook builder.
When you request a handbook via My TotalSource, you will access your Handbook Account instantly to get started! In order to request a handbook, please follow the below steps:
1. Log onto My TotalSource and enter your username and password
2. Enter your Paygroup ID and click “GO”
3. Click on the HR Tab
4. On the left-hand side legend, expand the
Request HR Services window and click on
Handbooks
5. Click Request Handbook if you are requesting a new handbook(s) to be created. You will then be re-directed to our web-based handbook builder to begin the creation of your new handbook.
Once your request has been submitted, our Handbook Specialists will be notified. Our Handbook Specialists are available for any questions and assistance at 1-866-400-6011, option 6 or totalsource.ssc@adp.com.
