Georgia state poster update to Workers' Comp Bill of Rights for the Injured Worker posting.
The rates for temporary and total disability compensation has added information for surviving spouse benefits. Rate changes went into effect July 1, 2015; however, you have until October to have this poster displayed.
This is a material substantive change and a new Georgia, All–In-One poster is required.
Please note that this update does not impact the Federal All-In-One poster.
