Helping your company comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) regulations is one of the key benefits of ADP TotalSource®. Here are a few key dates to mark on your calendar.
- February 1, 2026: Deadline to post OSHA 300A Log in your workplace
- March 2, 2026: Deadline to electronically submit work-related injuries and illnesses data to OSHA, if needed based on industry and company size
Below are a couple tasks you can do now to help your OSHA Recordkeeping season go as smoothly as possible.
- Review and update your local employee injury and illness records
- Review your employee’s work location assignments in your ADP portal
- Ensure all locations are accounted for
- Review the OSHA Logs you have maintained throughout the year as per OSHA
