The Office of Administrative Law approved changes to the regulations concerning Predesignation of Personal Physicians that went into effect July 1, 2014 in accordance with SB863. This change prompted the need to amend the ADP TotalSource “Guide for California Employees” (the Time of Hire) pamphlet, in both English and Spanish.
