The Oklahoma Discrimination in Employment section has been updated. There was no actual statute changes that prompted this poster update. The poster that was previously on the website was outdated and needed to be revised. The poster now includes more information regarding exempt employees, enforcement, penalties; employees' remedies and retaliation prohibited, and also more information on where to make your complaints.
An updated Oklahoma All–In-One poster is required. Please note that this change will not impact the Federal Combined Poster.
