- Streamlined communications – Look for The Business of Benefits 2015-2016 Plan Year enrollment magazine in your mail to see what you can expect from ADP TotalSource® resources as you prepare for the most important benefits event of the year. You’ll also receive customized Open Enrollment material from your ADP TotalSource® Representative via email.
- Companion video series – Learn the importance of aligning your benefits strategy with your business goals, business lifecycle and employee demographics. Click here to start watching now.
- One-on-one Open Enrollment meetings – During the one-on-one meeting with your ADP TotalSource Representative, you’ll discuss your benefits needs and options for the 2015–2016 Plan Year. With a little preparation on your end, you can complete most of the Open Enrollment process in one meeting.
- Paperless enrollment for worksite employees – Worksite employees who’ve opted in to go paperless will receive Open Enrollment information via email. Other electronic resources such as video tutorials and the step-by-step enrollment process can be found at My TotalSource®.
- TotalSource TV – Another way to educate your worksite employees and help them prepare for Open Enrollment, which will ensure a more positive enrollment experience.
It’s all about simplifying: Here are three ways to do just that
- Make sure the appropriate decision makers are able to participate so they can finalize and approve your company’s decisions.
- Consider your overall benefits strategy and how your business has changed over the last year. How much could your business grow in 2015? How competitive is your benefits package? How can the benefits you offer help you attract and keep your ideal employees?
- Think about your financial picture. How will you balance the cost of benefits with other necessary expenses? What is your cost-sharing strategy?
