San Francisco Raises Minimum Wage

A minimum wage increase was passed by the city of San Francisco, California, requiring employers to pay their non-exempt employees a minimum of $12.25 per hour effective May 1, 2015. This minimum wage applies to all employees who perform work in San Francisco (including temporary and part-time employees).
