An amendment to the San Francisco Family Friendly Workplace Ordinance was passed by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. The amendment clarifies that a covered employer under the ordinance is an employer with 20 or more employees anywhere (vs. 20 employees in San Francisco). The effective date of the amendment is February 14, 2014.
