Florida Minimum Wage

Overview
The Florida minimum wage is $8.05 per hour, effective January 1, 2015. Florida law requires the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity to calculate a minimum wage rate each year. This is a material substantive change and a new Florida All–In-One poster is required.
