Massachusetts State Poser Update

Massachusetts state poster has been updated due to the following:

• A change in Wage and Hour posting,
• An increase in minimum wage from $9.00 to $10.00 effective 01/01/2016
• The addition of Equal Pay and Non-Discrimination information that was not previously on the poster.

A new Massachusetts, All–In-One poster is required. Please note that this update does not impact the Federal All-In-One poster.
