Final preview W-2 forms will be processed and available in iReports as early as Monday, January 8, 2018.
Note: Any adjustments made to 2017 data after the preview processing date will not be reflected.

Final 2017 data must be processed prior to January 9th in order to ensure delivery of the W-2 forms during the week of January 15, 2018. Any adjustments and/or changes submitted after January 9th will delay the delivery of your W-2 Forms.
Note: W-2 Forms will be available to employees in iPay beginning the week of January 15th.
Important - Form W-2 packets will be delivered to the address that is currently used for delivery of your quarterly reports. Please verify and confirm the accuracy of your delivery.
