You will no longer have to fax, email, or call ADP Resource to correct one of your employee’s Social Security Numbers (SSN). Simply go to My ADP Resource > HR tab and select “Employee SSN Change” under the left hand navigational menu and you can make this change yourself. If you do not see this option available to you, please contact your assigned Payroll Service Representative and request that this feature be turned on!
