It is important to keep this information up-to-date in your account so the correct deposits are made for your company. Failure to do so could cause ADP to file with incorrect rates and frequencies resulting in an underpayment of taxes, and rejected filings by the agency.
What You Need to Do: Please send the rate or frequency change notice, along with your company name and company code to your Payroll Service Representative.
