If you need time to preview your tax reports and Forms W-2/1099, make previous quarter adjustments to your payroll, or even want to request Direct Mail service; you can request ADP to place your company codes on a ‘Print Hold’.
You can request a ‘Print Hold’ by contacting you dedicated Payroll Service Representative no later than Dec 29th.
When you have completed your adjustments and are ready for ADP to print the forms, you must contact your dedicated Payroll Service Representative to release the form. The release process opens Dec 24th. During the release request, you can ask to either have the Forms W-2/1099 directly mailed to your employees or delivered to your office. The deadline to release the print hold is Jan. 19th, 2022.
