Illinois-

Pregnancy and your rights in the workplace has been added to the Illinois All-In-One poster.

Oregon-

Oregon's minimum wage increased by 15 cents to $9.25 per hour on January 1, 2015.

New-York-

New York's minimum wage increased to $8.75 on December 31, 2014.

Nebraska-

Nebraska's minimum wage rate for employees increased from $7.25 per hour to $8.00 per hour on January 1, 2015, and will increase to $9.00 per hour on January 1, 2016.

Massachusetts

We have updated the Sexual Harassment provisions to allow employers to include the work address and telephone number of the person or persons to whom complaints about sexual harassment should be made.

Illinois-

The Illinois Human Rights Act (“IHRA”) now offers additional protection for pregnant women in the workplace and additional responsibilities for employers with respect to their pregnant workers.
