Independence Day 2018 – Bank Holiday

ADP Resource would like to remind you that Independence Day, Wednesday July 4, 2018 is a bank holiday. The Federal Reserve will be closed as will ADP’s offices. Please see the following Independence Day Banking Guidelines for Payrolls with Pay Dates on or around July 4, 2018.

IRS 2019 Form W-4 Represents Major Changes to Payroll

On June 6, 2018, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) released a draft Form W-4, Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certiﬁcate, for 2019. Several changes are fundamental in nature, potentially requiring significant reprogramming of payroll systems. State and local tax authorities are also expected to respond with similar changes.
